About counseling

For California residents: I am in network with United HealthCare.  For all other plans, I am an "out of network" provider which means you are responsible for payment.  I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance plan for potential reimbursement according to your out-of-network benefits. In some cases, I may be able to submit the claim on your behalf.

For Oregon residents: I am in network with OHP Umpqua Health Alliance (UHA), OHP Open Card, OHP Trilium and PacificSource Commerical Plans.  

Mental health counseling

I offer individual therapy for adults, focusing on women's issues.

I also work with adolescents on a case by case basis.

Insurance Information

In person sessions are available in San Luis Obispo, CA.

Telehealth sessions are available to residents of Oregon.
